Meet The Therapist
Takeisha Rheams, LCPC
My expertise includes working with individuals who experience anxiety, stress, depressive mood, adolescents and young adults.
I have over 15 years experience working in various educational settings including high schools and college. During this time, I discovered that I enjoy guiding individuals through their daily stressors and challenges.
Therapy is a collaboration between the therapist and client. I strongly believe in providing a safe space where you can speak openly and be assured that you are not being judged but instead heard. My role is to help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, acknowledge your strengths, move you towards your goals and achieve positive change in your life.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, academic stressors, depression, relationship issues and more. Elevate and Empower can provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights and develop strategies to improve your overall self.
$130 (without insurance) for 1 hour session
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling services are designed to help you and your partner improve communication, work through conflicts, and strengthen your relationship. Elevate and Empower is here to guide you through the process and help you build a strong and healthy relationship.
$160 (without insurance) for 1 hour session
Self Pay and Insurance
Self-pay is due at time of service.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan

Consultations and Cancelation
Consultations
If you are requesting a consultation prior to setting up services with a therapist. There is a $25 fee. Consultations are limited to 15 minutes.
Cancelations
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a no show/late-cancelation fee.
